Gary Rubalsky, PMP, CSM, SAFe Agilist, has a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from American InterContinental University, which they obtained between 2005 and 2006. Prior to that, between 1996 and 1998, they attended Stevenson University and studied Business Information Systems, although it is not specified if they obtained a degree during that time.
