Willa Shalit

Willa Shalit has had extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Willa is currently the Marketing Director at Sparo Gives since May 2021. In 2016, they co-founded 18by.vote, an organization aimed at encouraging teenagers to register and vote. Willa worked as a Co-Founder and President of Maiden Nation from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they were the Founder and CEO of Fairwinds Trading Co from 2006 to 2012. Willa Shalit also co-founded V-Day in 1998 and served as the Founding Executive Director until 2002. Additionally, they worked as a Producer for The Vagina Monologues from 1997 to 2002. Willa Shalit also has experience as a Partner and Senior Consultant at RTM, a consulting firm specializing in social-change organizations.

Willa Shalit attended Oberlin College from 1978 to 1984, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Classics.
