Chris Rapley

Chris Rapley currently serves as Assistant Principal for Higher Education at Sparsholt College Group, a position held since September 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Strategic Data & Policy Insight at the University of Central Lancashire from March 2021 to September 2023. Chris has an extensive background at Solent University, holding various positions from Senior Research Officer to Head of Business Planning and Insight between April 2008 and March 2021. Earlier roles include HR Systems Officer at Sparsholt College Hampshire and Learning Support Assistant at Richard Taunton Sixth Form College. Chris began a career as a Results Analyst at the Office for National Statistics. Chris holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from Cardiff University, earned between 2002 and 2005.
