Julian Holden

Julian Holden is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Head of Marketing at Organisation Development & Research Ltd. since February 2023. Holding various roles, Julian has been a Marketing Tutor at Sparsholt College Group and the Proprietor of Colza Consulting, providing ethical digital marketing services since 1999. As Director of Toscana Verde and Technical Director at SalesNet Ltd., Julian has demonstrated leadership in digital marketing and technology. Julian has managed business and technology programs at City Lit and taught computing and marketing subjects at Richmond Adult Community College. Previous experience includes positions at Roomservice Group, Eaton Limited, and Westminster City Council, highlighting a strong background in IT and network management. Academically, Julian earned an MA in Medieval Painting from The Courtauld Institute of Art and a PGCE in Adult teaching from the University of Westminster, along with a BA Hons in Humanities from The Open University.
