Eerika Eerikäinen

Eerika Eerikäinen began their work experience in 2008 as an Accountant at Turun Osuuskauppa. In 2011, they worked as a Sender at ABB and later as an Office Worker at Stockmann. Eerika then joined Capgemini in 2012, where they served as a Project Analyst in IT Infrastructure services and later as a Business Analyst in Digital Services. During their time at Capgemini, Eerika gained experience in managing IT Infrastructure projects and programs and was involved in software requirements management. In 2016, they joined Telia Finland as a Development Manager and Product Owner, where they managed the development and daily usage of self-service applications. Eerika joined Sparta Consulting in 2017, taking on roles as an Information Management Consultant and later as a Business Analyst. At Sparta, they focused on managing and utilizing business data and information from a business process perspective. Their key areas of expertise included requirements management, information and data management, business process and data strategy development, and the SAFe framework.

Eerika Eerikäinen obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the Turku School of Economics at the University of Turku in the period of 2007 to 2011. Eerika then pursued a Master's Degree in the same field from the same university, completing it from 2010 to 2012. Eerika also briefly studied Marketing, International Business, and Management at the University of California, Berkeley in 2010 without obtaining a degree. Additionally, Eerika has obtained several certifications, including Leading SAFe 4.0 from Scaled Agile, Inc. in June 2017, Service Design - Philosophy, methods and tools of service design from the University of Helsinki in September 2016, Engagement Management Certificate - Level1 and Foundation from Capgemini in September 2015 and 2014 respectively, and ITIL Foundation Certification from EXIN in August 2015.
