Purnima Sen

Purnima joined Sparta Global in June 2017 and is responsible for managing the Sparta Global Operations, Talent and HR teams. She has over 20 of years Operations and HR experience at leading IT Services organisations.

Purnima also leads Sparta Global's diversity and inclusion initiatives.
