Rich McKinnon

Rich McKinnon serves as In-House Counsel at Spartan Companies, LLC since August 2019. Previously, Rich held the position of Grants & Contracts Officer at Utah State University from December 2017 to August 2019 and served as Staff Attorney for the Honorable Marvin L. Tyler from July 2012 to December 2017. Rich also gained experience as a Legal Intern with Utah State Courts in 2010 and worked as a Business Manager at Utah State University from January 2007 to July 2009. Rich McKinnon holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Wyoming College of Law, earned in 2012, as well as an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Utah State University, completed in 2006, and a BS in Economics and Marketing from the same institution, obtained in 2004, alongside an AS in Business Administration from Central Wyoming College, achieved in 2002.
