Len Beblow has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Len started at International Road Dynamics Inc. in 1994 as a Product Manager for TransView. Len then transitioned to Weyerhaeuser in 1998, where they held positions such as Papermill Electrical/Instrumentation Reliability Engineer, Process Control Systems Maintenance Team Leader, and Electrical/Instrumentation Technology Leader. In 2006, they joined Spartan Controls as a Control System Specialist and also held the role of Project Manager. Currently, Len Beblow is the Engineering Practice Lead at Spartan Controls, where they ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manages and supports the company's engineering objectives.

Len Beblow completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan from 1988 to 1994.
