Don Archibald

Independent businessman; President of Cypress Energy Corp., a private investment company. Mr. Archibald has been a founder, director and officer of a number of energy companies and is a former director and Audit Committee member of Spartan Energy, Spartan Oil, and Spartan Exploration. Mr. Archibald has held seniorexecutive and board positions with a number of public and private issuers, including roles as Chairman and Chief Executive Office of Cequel Energy Inc. as well as President and Chief Executive Office of Cyries Energy Inc. He has a B.Comm. from the University of Alberta and an MBA from the Ivey Business School.
