Scott Faller

Scott Faller is an experienced professional in real estate, construction, lease administration, and facilities management, currently serving as the Head of Development at Spartan Fitness Holdings since June 2025. Prior to this role, Faller held the position of Director of Construction at Accelerated Brands, where responsibilities included expanding the construction department to support significant growth plans for over 90 locations across two years. Faller also contributed to Lidl US as a Construction Manager focusing on the Carolinas region's expansion efforts, and previously served as Field Construction Representative at Big Lots Stores, managing extensive remodeling projects. Earlier career experiences include roles at Abercrombie & Fitch as Project Manager, Tom Rectenwald Construction as Assistant Project Manager, and PLS Logistics Services in various logistical capacities. Scott Faller holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College.
