Laura Cooper McIpd

Laura Cooper MCIPD currently serves as the Head of Organisational Development at Bellway Homes, where employment commenced in August 2018. Previous roles include Group Senior Organisation Development Manager and Senior HR Advisor - Group at the same company. Prior to Bellway Homes, Laura held the position of HR Advisor North-East at Arriva Rail North (Northern) from August 2017 to August 2018. Laura began the HR career as an HR Coordinator at Newcastle College from August 2007 to January 2013. Laura holds a CIPD level 5 Diploma in HRM, earned from Northumbria University and Newcastle College between 2002 and 2012.
