Raul Torres is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in estimating and detailing, currently serving as a Senior Estimating & Detailing Project Manager at Spartan Group since October 2022. Prior to this role, Raul worked at Harris Rebar for seven years as a Senior Rebar Project Manager, where expertise in rebar project management was developed. Raul holds a degree from Universidad Politécnica de Puerto Rico.
