Isaac Speckhart

Isaac Speckhart is an experienced professional in engineering and management, currently serving as the Engineering Manager and Working Group Leader at Spartan Light Metal Products since May 2018. Prior to their current role, Isaac held positions at Allison Transmission from January 2008 to April 2018 as the Integration Program Manager and Supplier Quality Engineer. Isaac also briefly served as an Assembly Supervisor at Allison Transmission in 2007. Isaac holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology and a Master of Business Administration from Franklin University. Isaac has a strong track record of leading cross-functional teams, implementing product changes, and achieving quality and cost targets.
