Prior to this, Matthew held various leadership positions at Pace Industries, LLC, Quala, Faurecia, and Maxion Wheels. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Michigan State University and an MBA from Eastern Michigan University, Matthew has a successful track record of securing billion-dollar contracts and leading diverse sales and marketing teams.
