Raymond Turek

Raymond J. Turek, MBA, NACD.DC, currently serves as an Advisory Network Member at ChangeEngine, where the mission focuses on enhancing internal communications through innovative technology tailored for remote work. As Chief Human Resources Officer at Spartan Light Metal Products since June 2015, Turek acts as a strategic advisor to the CEO and manages human capital and compensation for the company. Previous roles include Sr. Director of Human Resources at Terminix, Director of Talent and Organizational Development at ServiceMaster, and VP of Human Resources at the Chicago Transit Authority. Turek's extensive experience also encompasses significant contributions at Waste Management in various leadership roles, including VP of Learning & Organizational Development. Turek holds an MBA in Finance from North Central College.
