Christine Duran has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Christine began their career in 1998 as a VP & Manager at Bank of America, where they managed 7 product managers in 4 cities responsible for multiple electronic document management products. In 2000, they moved to Agile Software, where they served as Director of Globalization and was responsible for all aspects of internationalization and localization for a supply chain and product lifecycle management software company. From 2002 to 2005, they worked at Autodesk, Inc as an Engineering Group Manager, managing a global localization group of 17 full-time employees and 20-30 contractors for the Infrastructure Solutions Division. Christine then moved to Adobe Systems Incorporated, where they served as Senior Manager of Translation Technology from 2005 to 2012. In 2012, Christine began working at Adobe as a Senior Manager of Multilingual Product Management & Solutions, where they managed a team of engineers, architects, and PMO for international and multilingual features for the Adobe Digital Marketing business unit. In 2016, they joined Workday as a Director of Content Localization. Currently, Christine is a Principal Product Manager at Spartan Software, Inc.
Christine Duran holds a Master of Education degree in Applied Linguistics and Foreign Language Education from the University of Pittsburgh, obtained in 1994. Christine also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Art History from Yale University. Christine has also completed partial coursework for an MBA in Finance from the New York University Stern School of Business. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Preventing Workplace Harassment from Emtrain.
