Eric Boonstra

Eric Boonstra is an experienced operations and sales professional currently serving as Operations Manager and former Field Operations Manager at Spartan Tool, LLC since July 2013. In these roles, Eric has focused on enhancing customer service experiences, managing DOT compliance, and overseeing fleet operations. Eric has also held the position of Sales Manager, where responsibilities included coordinating with Territory Managers and customer service teams across the eastern region of the US. Prior to Spartan Tool, Eric worked in various roles in the plumbing and service industry, including as a Plumbing Contractor at Roto-Rooter, Regional Sales Manager at Choice Brands Inc., and Partner at Scholten Kitchen & Bath, gaining valuable experience in sales, customer relations, and technical services. Eric holds a certificate in Plumbing and Pipe Fitting from Kellogg Community College and has pursued studies at Kalamazoo Valley Community College.
