Megan Soots

Megan Soots is an experienced professional in event coordination and management, currently serving as Festival Coordinator and Parks & Recreation Coordinator for the City of Spartanburg since September 2020. Previously, Megan held the position of General Manager at Heddles Hideaway Country Club from July 2015 to September 2020, and worked as an Experience Specialist at Verizon for a brief period in 2014-2015. Prior experience also includes the role of F&B/Events Coordinator at Renaissance Park Golf Course from March 2012 to December 2014, and Game Day Operations with the Gastonia Grizzlies in 2013. Megan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management and Business from Catawba College, attended St. Andrews University from 2010 to 2011.
