Kerry Summey Easler

Kerry Summey Easler currently serves as a Program Coordinator for Spartanburg County since June 2021 and has been a Community Development Planner for the same organization since September 2011, where duties include administering Federal CDBG and HOME grant funds. Prior experience includes roles as Team Lead at Level One, LLC from May 2007 to September 2011 and Customer Relations Specialist at Security Finance from April 2003 to May 2007. Kerry has pursued various educational opportunities, including participation in Leadership Spartanburg since 2019, the Water Matters Citizens' Academy since 2018, and the United Way Non-Profit Fellows Program since 2014. Kerry holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Converse University (1992-1996) and a Human Resource Generalist Certificate from Greenville Technical College (2010-Present), along with a diploma in Business from Dorman High School (1985-1989).
