Todd Okolichany

Todd Okolichany is an accomplished planning professional with extensive experience in urban planning and development. Currently serving as the Planning & Development Director for Spartanburg County, Todd has previously held significant roles such as Deputy Executive Planning Director for the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Director of Planning & Urban Design for the City of Asheville, and Principal Planner for the City of Fort Lauderdale. Todd’s expertise is further supported by advanced education, including certificates in Public Executive Leadership and Municipal and County Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
