John Westcott

John Westcott has over 40 years of experience in environmental and water quality management. Since April 1996, John has held multiple roles at Spartanburg Water, including Compliance Manager, Special Projects Manager, and Water Quality Manager. Prior to this, John worked as Senior Group Leader and Laboratory Coordinator at Waste Management Technologies - Clemson Research Center from 1991 to 1996. John's earlier experience includes serving as Technical Director of Chemistry at TMA/Eberline from 1985 to 1991 and progressing through positions as Chemist I, II, and III at the SC Department of Health and Environmental Control from 1980 to 1985. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Analytical Chemistry from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the College of Charleston.
