Jeff Magnuson

Jeff Magnuson has a diverse work experience in various roles within the IT and restaurant industry. Jeff started their career as an IT Intern at SpartanNash, where they gained experience in administering IBM's Sterling B2B Integrator for secure integration of B2B processes. Jeff then progressed to the role of Computer Support Specialist, excelling in problem resolution and troubleshooting software, hardware, and connectivity issues. Jeff later became an Integration Engineer, designing and maintaining integration scenarios for business applications in B2B, EDI, and A2A domains. Jeff then transitioned to the role of Analyst, overseeing the migration of reports and data models from MicroStrategy on Netezza to Power BI on Snowflake. Currently, Jeff serves as a Team Lead, responsible for the Architect, Administrator, and Subject Matter Expert overseeing an enterprise-scale Microsoft Power BI implementation at SpartanNash. Prior to their career in IT, Jeff worked as a General Manager at Moe's Southwest Grill, showcasing their leadership skills and implementing impactful product-marketing strategies.

Jeff Magnuson earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Ferris State University in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Grand Rapids Community College in 2011. In addition to their degrees, they have also obtained several certifications from CompTIA including IT Operations Specialist, Network+, Project+, and A+ ce Certifications.
