Kerrie MacPherson, FCPA, FCA, serves as an Independent Director and Audit Committee Member at SpartanNash since August 2023, and has held similar roles at SYNECHRON TECHNOLOGY and Community Bank System, Inc. since April 2022 and December 2019, respectively.
