Nicole Zube

Nicole Zube has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Nicole currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at SpartanNash since September 2022. Nicole is also a Board Member at Hello West Michigan since February 2023. Prior to these roles, Nicole held various positions at the Kellogg Company, including Head of HR - US Commercial, Senior HR Director for different regions, Global HR Director, and Senior HR Manager. Before joining Kellogg, they worked at Procter & Gamble in roles such as Andover Plant HR Manager, Global HR Experienced Hire Associate Manager, Global HR Experienced Hire Senior Recruiting Specialist, and Market Research (CMK) Recruiting Specialist. Additionally, Nicole has experience as an Adjunct Professor at Lexington College and as the Club Director & Financial Officer at Cincy Classics Volleyball Club.

Nicole Zube holds an MBA in International Business and Marketing from Xavier University, as well as a BS in Business Management from Northern Kentucky University. Nicole is a high school graduate from Temperance Bedford High School. Additionally, Nicole has obtained several certifications, including the CHRO Leadership Academy from Michigan State University School of Human Resources and Labor Relations in 2023, #IamRemarkable facilitator from Google in 2019, and Accredited Facilitator in The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team in April 2017.
