Tracy Songstad

Tracy Songstad has over 25 years of work experience in various roles related to business process reengineering, continuous improvement, and project management. Tracy has worked for major companies such as SpartanNash, Nash Finch Company, The Hartford, Best Buy.com, and Prudential. Throughout their career, Tracy has led teams, standardized processes, implemented RPA, facilitated quality improvement efforts, and documented workflows. Their experience spans across supply chain, distribution operations, IT, sales, and customer service.

Tracy Songstad holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Education, Communication, and Coaching from Concordia College. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) from SSD Global Solutions in 2023 and as an Agile Project Manager from the same institution in 2022.
