Sri Charan Yarlagadda, PhD, MBA, is a Senior Technical Lead at Spartech LLC since October 2023. Prior to this, Sri Charan served as the Global Application Development Manager at Loparex from August 2022 to August 2023, overseeing a team of scientists and engineers and driving product lifecycle management. Sri Charan's experience includes a role as Senior Research and Development Engineer at Winpak, leading multiple R&D projects focused on sustainability and achieving significant cost savings. Sri Charan held multiple positions at Sealed Air Corporation, contributing to innovative packaging solutions and improving operational efficiency. Sri Charan completed a PhD in Chemical Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology, focusing on complex fluids, and has held research positions at various institutions, including the Indian Institute of Technology and University Pierre et Marie Curie.
