Ashley Elmer

Ashley Elmer has a diverse work experience. Ashley began their career in 2006 as a Sales Support/Visual Merchandiser at Banana Republic. In 2008, they worked as a Hostess at Brick Hotel and Restaurant. From 2009 to 2010, they were the Designer and Founder of Innovations By Ashley. During this time, they also worked as a Pattern Room Assistant at A Wish Come True in 2010. In 2011, they were a Sales Associate at Ann Taylor LOFT. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Design Assistant at The Jones Group Inc. During this time, they also worked as an Associate Designer - Woven Tops & Bottoms at Macy's from 2014 to 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they were an Associate Designer - Pants, Shorts, and Denim at Lilly Pulitzer. Currently, Ashley is a Senior Apparel Designer and Apparel Designer at Spartina 449.

Ashley Elmer attended Drexel University from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor Degree of Science in Fashion Design. In 2010, they also completed a Certificate in Fashion Design from the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London.
