Jessica Castillo

Jessica Castillo is an experienced project manager and planner with a strong background in program management and customer service. Currently serving as a Project Manager in the Program Management Office at Smiths Interconnect since January 2023, Jessica has previously held various roles at Sparton Corporation and Sparton Complex Systems from February 2013 to the present, focusing on master scheduling, production planning, and customer coordination. Earlier career experience includes working as a Production Planner at Tampa Microwave from January 2007 to February 2013, and as a Buyer/Planner at Reptron Electronics from 2001 to 2010, where Jessica managed material procurement and production scheduling.
