John Edwards

John Edwards is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in executive HR roles. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Sparus Holdings since April 2024, John previously held the position of Vice President of Human Resources for the Americas at Interface, overseeing HR functions for a significant portion of the company’s operations. Prior to Interface, John was Senior Director of Human Resources at Ronald Blue Trust, where involvement included HR due diligence during a critical acquisition. John's tenure at GE spanned from 2003 to 2016, during which time various roles were undertaken, including Sr Org & Talent Development Leader and HR Director for multiple divisions. Beginning the career at Ethicon Endo-Surgery as an HR Business Partner, John holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Auburn University.
