Ricky Pati

Ricky Pati is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with a diverse background in various roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Sparx since May 2022, Ricky previously held positions in business development at Exai Bio and as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Gauss Surgical. Additional experience includes a summer analyst role at Point72 and a clinical innovation engineer position at Genentech. Earlier career highlights feature work as an R&D engineer at Upward Farms, a research assistant at Columbia University, and a campaign organizer for Environment America. Ricky holds bachelor's degrees in Management and Entrepreneurship from The Wharton School and Biology from the University of Pennsylvania, complemented by an educational background from Biotechnology High School.
