RaLea S. has over 15 years of work experience. RaLea began their career in 2005 as an Instructor GED/ABE/ESL at Lower Columbia College. In 2007, they moved to Youth and Family LINK as an Engagement Specialist and Program Coordinator. In 2008, they joined Lower Columbia CAP at Cowlitz WorkSource as an Employment Specialist and Lead Trainer. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at Seattle Goodwill Industries as a Re-entry, ESOL, and Retail Instructor. RaLea then moved to the City of Portsmouth, Virginia in 2016 as a Training Specialist. In 2017, they began working at MasterCorp, Inc. as a Talent Acquisition Advisor - Field. In 2018, RaLea joined ADP as an Implementation Consultant. From 2020 to 2021, they worked at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) as an Implementation Consultant II. Currently, RaLea is a Sales Effectiveness Implementation Consultant at SPARXiQ.

RaLea S. began their educational journey at Lower Columbia College, where they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Arts in 2003. RaLea then went on to attend Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Workforce Education and Training Development with a minor in Curriculum Design in 2007.
