Brian Burger

Brian Burger, PMP, has extensive work experience in project management and leadership roles. Brian currently holds the position of Site Lead and Project Manager at Spathe Systems. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Management Fellow at Ascent Solutions, where they successfully managed simultaneous Microsoft product and Cyber Security implementation projects. Brian also has a strong background in the military, having served in various leadership positions in the United States Marine Corps. Notably, they served as the Deputy Assistant Chief of Staff IC4 for the 1st Marine Logistics Group, where they led a team of 40 Marines and civilians in providing information technology and cybersecurity support to over 13,000 Marines. Brian has also served as a Deputy Assistant Chief of Staff C5I for Expeditionary Strike Group THREE, an Amphibious Liaison Officer for Commander Naval Surface Fleet Pacific, and a Company Commander for 7th Communications Battalion. Brian Burger's work experience reflects their expertise in project management, leadership, and communication.

Brian Burger, PMP holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems, General from National University, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology at National University from 2000 to 2003. In addition to their academic achievements, Brian also holds a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute, a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from Tri-County Career Academy, and a Sec+ certification from CompTIA.
