Jean Carlos Dugrot

Jean Carlos Dugrot, MSSL, CSM, is an Army Veteran, entrepreneur, and speaker with extensive experience in military education and operations. Currently serving as a Senior Instructor at Spathe Systems, Jean provides subject matter expertise to JSOU students while also leading Electi Group LLC as Founder and President, a veteran-owned small business specializing in government contracting and consulting. Previous roles include Director of Operations at the US Army Special Warfare Center, Instructor at METIS Solutions, and various leadership positions within the 95th Civil Affairs Brigade. Jean’s educational background includes a Doctorate in Executive Leadership and multiple degrees and certificates in Strategic Leadership, Organizational Leadership, and Emergency Management from the University of Charleston and Fayetteville Technical Community College.
