Victoria Pedlar

Victoria Pedlar is a Machine Learning Engineer at Spatialedge (Pty) Ltd since October 2022, following a role as a Junior Machine Learning Engineer at Cape AI from February 2022 to October 2022, where participation in the ML Talent Programme included training in Python, APIs, databases, and machine learning model deployment. Prior experience includes serving as a Business Intelligence Assistant at Rhodes Food Group in early 2021, where Victoria created business reports in IBM Cognos and analyzed market data for insights. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Advanced Analytics from the University of Cape Town (2021-2023), a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Statistics from Stellenbosch University, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Management Science, also from Stellenbosch University. Victoria completed secondary education at St Stithians Girls’ College, earning a National Senior Certificate (IEB) in 2016.
