Wallace Wong

Co-Founder at SPATULA Foods

Wallace Wong is a co-founder of SPATULA Foods since March 2021. Prior to that, they were a finalist on Top Chef Canada Season 7 for Food Network Canada in 2018. In 2017, they founded Six Pack Chef and was also a top 10 finalist on the Bake It Possible TV Special for Food Network Canada. Wallace was the winner of CHOPPED Canada Season 2 in 2015 while working at Paperny Entertainment Inc. Before that, they worked as a culinary chef instructor at Nella Cucina from 2013 to 2014 and as a chef de partie at Momofuku Shoto from August to December 2013. Wallace started their career at Langdon Hall Country House Hotel and Spa as a chef de partie from May to August 2010.

Wallace Wong completed their education at two different institutions. From 2008 to 2012, they attended Wilfrid Laurier University, where they earned an Honors Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing and Brand Management. During the same period, they also studied at Conestoga College from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained an Ontario College Certificate in Chef Training and Cook Apprenticeship.
