Matias Maldonado

Matias Maldonado has extensive experience in construction management and project execution, currently serving as a Project Executive and Project Manager at SpawGlass since March 2015, where responsibilities include safety program enforcement, budget tracking, quality control implementation, and subcontractor management. Prior to this role, Matias held positions at Fluor Corporation from July 2011 to February 2015, including Cost Accounting Supervisor and various cost specialist roles, where oversight of project controls and cost management for the LOGCAP IV contract in Afghanistan was key. Earlier in the career, roles included Survey Manager at McAllen Construction INC and Assistant Project Manager at The Haskell Company. Matias holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management from Texas A&M University, earned between 2002 and 2007.
