Brian Dukes has extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Brian currently works at SPB Hospitality as the Director of Supply Chain Solutions. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Culinary Operations at the same company. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at Fatz Southern Kitchen as the Vice President of Culinary & Operations Excellence. Before that, they were a Corporate Chef at Sysco from 2013 to 2017.
