Chris Conlon has a diverse and extensive work experience in the restaurant industry. Chris is currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Operations for J. Alexander's & Logan's Divisions at SPB Hospitality since October 2021. Prior to this, they held the role of Vice President of Operations at Stoney River Steakhouse and Grill from January 2013 to November 2021.

Before joining Stoney River, Chris worked at J. Alexander's Restaurants, where they started as a General Manager in 1996 and later became a Regional Director from January 2000 to January 2013.

Chris began their career in the restaurant industry with Hillstone Restaurant Group as a Manager from 1992 to 1994. With their comprehensive experience and various roles in operations and management, Chris Conlon has established a strong foundation in the restaurant industry.

Chris Conlon attended Gibraltar High School from 1984 to 1988. Chris then pursued a degree in Hospitality and Tourism at the University of Wisconsin-Stout from 1988 to 1992.
