Eric Phillips

Eric Phillips has over 30 years of work experience, primarily in the field of Human Resources. Eric'smost recent position is Senior Vice President People Services (HR) at SPB Hospitality, where they have been working since 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Corporate Director Of Human Resources at DZL MANAGEMENT COMPANY, LLC from June 2022 to October 2022. From 2013 to 2022, they worked at J. Alexander's LLC as the Director of Human Resources and Administration. Before that, they held roles as a Human Resources Manager at J. Alexander's Restaurant, Elk Valley Health Services, and AIM Healthcare. Eric also worked as a Human Resources Assistant and Facility Coordinator at Vanderbilt Management Services / Health 1.2.3.
