Stan Frankenthaler currently serves as the Chief Officer of Food, Beverage, Brewing, and Supply at CraftWorks Restaurants & Breweries, Inc., leading the innovation process for varied menus and overseeing multiple teams within the organization. Previously, Stan held the position of VP of Global Innovation at Dunkin' Brands, where oversight of food and beverage innovation contributed to significant brand renewal and growth. As co-owner and executive chef of several notable restaurants in the Boston and Cambridge areas, Stan was instrumental in introducing concepts such as farm-to-table dining and global flavors, shaping the American dining experience.
