Justin Counts

Justin Counts is currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Alco USA since January 2024 and is also a Project Manager at SPD Construction, LLC since April 2022. Prior to these roles, Justin held Project Manager positions at Sterling Structures LP from June 2018 to April 2022 and at GRAVES MECHANICAL from January 2016 to June 2018. Justin's earlier experience includes serving as a Munitions Inspector in the Texas Air National Guard from September 2013 to February 2015 and in the United States Air Force from December 2008 to August 2013. Justin holds a Master of Construction Business from the University of Oklahoma, obtained in May 2023, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Sam Houston State University.
