Robert Marsden

Robert Marsden has extensive experience in the electric utility industry, beginning in 1976 and continuing through various roles. Currently self-employed, Robert has been a Consulting Specialist since October 2017 and has held the position of Project Manager at Ej Electric since November 2016, focusing on storm response and project management. As Superintendent of Electric Transmission & Distribution Maintenance at SPE Utility Contractors, Robert oversees large distribution capital projects and maintenance for electric line contractors. Previously, Robert served as Manager of T&D Maintenance, overseeing construction and maintenance for the Orange & Rockland service area. At Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc., Robert managed internal and contractor transmission crews and was involved in contract negotiations and storm response. Robert holds two Associate's degrees, one in Automotive Technology from Rockland Community College and extensive in-house training in the electrical field from 1976 to 2013.
