Luis Pérez

Luis Pérez has a diverse range of work experience in the field of software development and IT. Luis began their career in 2012 as an IT Specialist at the US Census Bureau, where they gained experience in computer hardware and software support.

In 2013, Luis worked as a Web Developer for Digital Market Place, where they primarily used PHP and Symfony2 MVC Framework to create web, mobile, and Facebook applications. Luis also performed enhancements and maintenance on existing web applications during this time.

From 2014 to 2016, Luis worked as a Software Programmer at EVERTEC, focusing on full front-end and back-end mobile-friendly redesigns using HTML5, CSS3, and the .Net MVC Framework. Luis also developed and updated legacy web-based applications using .Net.

In 2016, Luis joined Technology Partners Puerto Rico as a Senior Software Developer, where they worked on multiple projects and web applications using HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Angularjs, and the .Net MVC Framework. Luis also gained experience in mobile application development using the Ionic framework.

In the same year, Luis also began working at Speak Agent as a Python Developer. Luis was part of an agile team and was involved in the development of multiple projects. Luis'sresponsibilities included creating websites using the Django Framework and mobile applications using the Expo/React-Native framework. Luis also handled website front-end development using NextJS, React, HTML5, and CSS3.

Throughout their career, Luis has also freelanced as a consultant. Overall, they have gained expertise in various programming languages, frameworks, and platforms, showcasing their versatility and adaptability in the field of software development.

Luis Pérez obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Puerto Rico-Bayamon, completing their studies from 2008 to 2013.
