Vatsal Shah

Vatsal Shah has a diverse range of work experience in various roles. Vatsal is currently the Co-Founder & CTO at Speak AI, where they are responsible for the architecture, design, and development of features, functionalities, and the user interface. Vatsal also handles frontend development, database design, backend framework design, and integration with third-party APIs. Additionally, they are involved in machine learning tasks such as entity recognition and sentiment analysis, and they take part in testing, customer support, and security compliance at Speak AI.

Prior to their current role, Vatsal worked as a Senior Developer at Ontario Digital Service, where they contributed to the restructuring and refactoring of projects, as well as documenting the existing codebase.

Vatsal also has experience as a Software Developer at Zucora Home, where they built voice assistant skills for customer solutions. Furthermore, they worked as an Embedded Software Developer at Deep Foods.

Vatsal has a background in leadership roles as well. Vatsal served as the Branch Chairperson at Technocrat Indus IEEE Student Branch and as the Founder & Captain of the Indus Robotics Club, where they participated in the International Robocon Competition.

In addition to their professional experience, Vatsal also has teaching experience as a Faculty Member at Chanak Education Zone and Rahi Education Zone, where they specialized in teaching Mathematics and Science.

Overall, Vatsal Shah has demonstrated expertise in software development, project management, machine learning, and leadership through their work experience in various organizations.

Vatsal Shah completed their Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Western University from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Indus University Ahmedabad between 2012 and 2016. Before pursuing higher education, they attended Divyapath School from 2010 to 2012 and Shree Vidyanagar School from 2005 to 2010, where they completed their high school education.

In addition to their formal education, Vatsal Shah has also acquired several certifications and participated in various workshops and competitions. Some of their certifications include "Artificial Intelligence Foundations: Machine Learning" and "Text Analytics and Predictions with Python Essential Training" from LinkedIn, obtained in April 2020 and March 2020, respectively. Vatsal also participated in the "IOT Fab-a-thon" at FabLab Ahmedabad in April 2016. Other certifications and workshops they attended include "Robotics & Computer Applications Institute of USA IIT Bombay," "PCB DesignSpark," "Embedded Systems Workshop," "Analog Circuit Design ASLK Kit & TINA," and "Near Field Diagnostics of Antennas & Radomes," among others. These certifications and workshops span from 2012 to 2020, with varying obtained months and years.
