Sven Almenning

Sven Almenning is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. As the Founder of Ananas since July 2018 and the Founder & CEO of Speakeasy Group since February 2010, Sven has established a strong presence in the sector. Additional ventures include ownership of various bars and restaurants such as Mjølner Melbourne, Boilermaker House, The Roosevelt, and Eau de Vie, the latter being a multi-award-winning cocktail bar recognized by Gourmet Traveller and Time Out. Sven has been an active member of YPO since July 2019 and previously owned Behind Bars Industry Services from 2004 to 2014.
