Darren Yang

Darren Y. is a Principal Scientist at Spear Bio since May 2022, bringing extensive experience from previous roles, including Staff Scientist and Research Scientist at the Wyss Institute for Biologically Inspired Engineering from October 2017 to May 2022. Prior to that, Darren served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Boston Children's Hospital from April 2016 to September 2017 and held dual Graduate Research Fellow positions at Harvard Medical School and Harvard University from July 2011 to March 2016. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Applied Physics from Harvard University, a Master of Science in Engineering Science from UC San Diego, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from UC San Diego.
