Chris Voltz

Chris Voltz is an experienced associate in the real estate and finance sectors, currently working at Spear Street Capital since July 2021. Prior experience includes roles as an associate at Greystar and Beacon Capital Partners in early 2021 and mid-2020 respectively, as well as an internship in acquisitions and asset management at Arden Group in 2019. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Chris Voltz served as a project engineer and engineer at Clark Construction Group, LLC from 2015 to 2019. Academic credentials include an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from The Wharton School, obtained between 2019 and 2021, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia, completed in 2015.
