Kamila Lipska is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in growth marketing and digital strategy. Currently serving as the Growth Marketing Manager at Spearbit Labs since November 2024, Kamila is responsible for building comprehensive growth strategies. Previously, as Growth Lead at Cere Network, Kamila specialized in data-driven customer acquisition and campaign strategies, while at Plesk, Kamila achieved significant growth in SEM channels. Kamila's background also includes roles in digital marketing management and channel management with companies such as BOB & LUSH LIMITED, FloraQueen, and Vistaprint, where Kamila demonstrated expertise in multi-channel strategies, budget optimization, and user acquisition.
