Mike Leffer

Mike Leffer has extensive experience in various roles within the venture capital and startup industry. Mike is currently the Founder & Managing Partner of Riptide Ventures, a position they have held since June 2022. Prior to this, they served as the COO and VP of Sales at Spearbit Labs from November 2022 to April 2023. Mike has also served as a Board Member at Credit Mountain since July 2021. Previously, they were a Principal at Early Light Ventures from March 2021 to June 2022. Mike has also held Board Observer roles at Instant Teams, Privva, Inc., and Pinkaloo Technologies from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they were a Principal & Founding Team member at Squadra Ventures from February 2019 to February 2021. Additionally, they held roles as a Board Advisor and Associate at Baltimore Angels from 2017 to 2020. Mike's early experience includes co-founding Tread Athletics and serving as its COO from 2015 to 2018.

Mike Leffer has a Bachelor's Degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School.
