Heather Fritzsche

Heather Fritzsche is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in innovation, product development, and strategic growth across various sectors, particularly in promotional products. As Co-Founder and CEO of Spearhead Global since January 2018, Heather oversees operational, financial, and marketing functions in the U.S. From November 2009 to December 2017, Heather served as Director of Innovation at Supremia International, leading product development initiatives and significantly contributing to the organization's revenue growth. Heather's tenure at Supremia includes roles as Senior Account Director and Account Director, where responsibilities encompassed account management, P&L oversight, and fostering relationships with clients and suppliers. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Bucknell University and completed a certificate program at the DISCUS Leadership Academy.
